Our facility in Kahla gets an extra production space

At Kersten coating technology, we like to start the new year on the right foot! In fact, we have started with the expansion of our production area in Kahla. By changing the current space and building a new hall, we gain a total of 711 square meters of extra production space.

Kersten coating technology is growing as a company, which means that we are currently running at the maximum capacity of our production and storage space. Expanding the production hall in our facility in Kahla is therefore a logical next step. Thanks to this expansion, we will soon be able to help even more customers with improving metal surfaces and making them more sustainable.

711 m2 extra production space

We started the new building in December 2022. In the first phase, concrete was removed and earthworks were carried out. In the following phase, an existing roof will be closed, so that we can already benefit from 194 square meters of extra production space. In addition, a new hall is being built, resulting in another 517 square meters of extra space.

The new building is expected to be ready in June 2023. Of course, we will keep you informed!
